Dokuz Isik’in Esaslari
Bagimsiz son Türk devletini koruyabilmek için, milli bir görüs etrafinda birlesmek zorundayiz. Bu görüs Dokuz Isik görüsüdür. Dokuz Isikçilar, Türk milletine, tarih ve kültürüne dayanan, ona inanan bir doktrindir. Bunun nasyonal sosyalizim ile hiçbir ilgisi yoktur. Türkiyemizin hizla kalkindirilmasi, çaglar üzerinden siçrayarak Türk milletinin atom ve uzay çagina sokulmasi ile mümkündür. Bu da herseyden önce dünya çapinda çok üstün kaliteli ilim adamlari ve yüksek teknisyenler kadrosu meydana getirmeye bagli bulunmaktadir. Bizim inancimiza göre, yabanci memleketlerin sartlari altinda meydana getirilmis bulunan yabanci doktrinler ve yönetim sistemleri taklit edilerek Türkiye´nin kalkindirilmasi saglanamaz. Ne kapitalizm ve liberalizm, ne de komünizm Türkiye için yararli olamaz. Türkiye´yi kalkindiracak sistem ve görüs ancak Türk milletinin özelliklerine uygun, müslüman Türk milleti realitesini göz önünde bulunduran ve modern ilim ve teknigi yol gösterici kabul eden milli bir görüs olmalidir. Bunun kisaca formülü Türk emek potansiyelinin, milli üretim faktörlerine rasyonel bir sekilde baglanmasi, devletin vatandaslara üretim yollarini açarak bütün tedbirleri almasi ve kolayliklari temin etmesi ve milli gelirin artmasinda kendisine düsen esas rolü oynamasidir. Iste biz böyle milli bir doktrin sahibi bulundugumuz iddia eden bir kadroyuz. Milli görüsümüzün adi “Dokuz Isik Doktrini” dir. Bu görüs dokuz ana ilkeye dayanmaktadir.
